All returns must be initiated within 15 days of the original LRS ship date.
Returned items must reach LRS within 30 days from the original shipping date. Items received after 30 days will not be eligible for return. LRS will ship these items back to the Customer. The customer must pay all costs related to the return shipping of products.
When LRS receives the returned item(s), the Customer will be refunded the total of the order less any additional shipping and/or charges incurred plus a 15% restocking fee.
To qualify for a refund, all items must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging, documentation, manuals and all accessories.
The original manufacturer's packaging/containers must not be marked, labeled or defaced in any manner.
The Customer will be billed for any lost pagers and/or other equipment.
LRS will not accept returns if the products are not in their original condition – these items will be returned to the Customer.
If a return shipment is rejected for violation of the Terms and Conditions, LRS reserves the right to liquidate the returned inventory and withhold credit.
Our receiving and accounting department work very hard to process returns as quickly as possible, so please allow 10-14 days after we receive the returned items to process your credit.
In order to insure prompt order processing and to maintain our high standard of customer service, we must receive your payments promptly. For your convenience we accept Credit Cards, COD, and Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).
